Potato Pottage

Ingredients:

Potatoes

Carrot

Chicken

Olive oil

Onion

Garlic

Chilli flakes

Tomato purée

Salt

Method:

1. Wash potatoes and carrot

2. Peel and wash onion and garlic

3. Clean chicken and cut into desirable sizes

4. Cut potatoes, carrots, onions and Gaelic

5. Heat pan on fire, add a little oil to heat, then chicken. Turn and fry them on all sides. Note: Don’t cook it completely.

6. Add salt on all sides(chicken), add onion, garlic and chili flakes and fry for 30 seconds

7. Add tomato puree, keep stirring and turning chicken to prevent it from burning.

8. Let it simmer and add potatoes, carrots, a little water and stir it together.

9. Let it cook and soften

Remove from fire and serve.
